As the customer you accept full responsibility for the contents of the roll off dumpster.
Materials that must be discussed before loading into dumpster:
Stone, concrete, asphalt, rock, and dirt.

UNACCEPTABLE MATERIALS :

To avoid any surcharges, steer clear of the unacceptable items listed below:
Hazardous waste, radioactive material, chemical products, medical waste, lead paint chips, herbicides & Pesticides,
industrial waste, asbestos, oil filters, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other
flammable liquids, aerosol cans, appliances, refrigerants, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission
oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/ oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, petroleumcontaminated
soil/tires batteries, computers, televisions, fluorescent tubes, monitors, microwaves, railroad ties,
animals, barrels, all liquids, chain link fences.
If any of the above items are found at the landfill while emptying the dumpster you will be charged accordingly based
on the landfill fee schedule, in addition to any fines levied.

OVER WEIGHTS:

Here are the weight limits for our dumpsters:
– 15-yard roll off dumpster – 3 tons or 6,000 pounds
– 30-yard roll off dumpster – 4 tons or 8,000 pounds
There will be a fee of $40.00 per ton for each ton after the first ton. Customer is responsible for overweight loads;
weights will be rounded up to the nearest ton. The customer is responsible for the proper loading of the roll off
dumpster rental container as the overweight loading of the roll off dumpster rental container can cause damage to the
asphalt or any other property the roll off dumpster rental container is resting on. Overloading the weight of the roll off
dumpster rental container or beyond the top of the roll off dumpster rental container can cause a weight imbalance
during transport that is dangerous and could result in a rollover or a traffic ticket.
Waste must be level at the top of the roll off dumpster; nothing can be sticking out of the top of the roll off dumpster
rental container.
Note: Maximum load weight is 5 tons or 10,000 pounds. This is the legal limit we can haul.

DRY RUN FEE

If we are unsuccessful in attempting to pick-up or drop-off a dumpster we may charge the customer a $75 fee for the
following reasons:
– Cars or other items blocking our access to pick-up or drop-off
– Tree branches or low power lines
– Overloaded dumpster (pick-up)

– Driveway is not accessible or parking lot is locked, or any other reason the area we are delivering or picking up
from is inaccessible.
Dumpsters cannot be moved by customers. We can move the dumpsters upon request, however a $75.00 trip fee
may apply.
As customer, you are responsible for any damages to dumpster (including theft) while at your location.
Customer will accept full responsibility for any damage to their driveway, lawn, etc, which results from delivery and/or
pick-up of dumpster. However, we do our best to not cause any damage.

LOSS OF EQUIPMENT:

In the event the roll off dumpster rental container is stolen or damaged beyond repair, Customer is responsible for the
full purchase cost of equivalent new equipment.

CARE OF EQUIPMENT:

Customer agrees to provide proper care of roll off dumpster rental container and to return the roll off dumpster rental
container in good working condition at end of the rental period. Customer shall not perform any modifications,
alterations, or change to the roll off dumpster rental container without prior written consent of E.W.B. Roll Off
Dumpsters LLC. Any unauthorized modification will be removed and equipment will be corrected to original status, at
Customers expense.

INDEMNITY:

Customer agrees not to hold E.W.B. Roll Off Dumpsters LLC for any damages to property or from use or misuse of
the rented roll off dumpster rental container and comply with all laws, regulations, and ordinances, present and future,
relating to the operation, and use of the roll off dumpster rental container.
E.W.B. Roll Off Dumpsters LLC is not responsible for delays in performance of roll off dumpster rental container
delivery or pickup of the roll off dumpster rental container including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, etc., and will
charge rental fees during such delays.
It is expressly understood and agreed that this is a contract of rental only, and that nothing contained in this agreement shall be
construed as conveying to the Customer any right, title, or interest in the equipment, other than as a rental.
In consideration of the rental fees, the Customer shall have exclusive use of the listed equipment above.
The laws of the State of Texas will govern this contract.
E.W.B. Roll Off Dumpsters LLC may terminate this agreement at any time for reasons of misuse or neglect of the dumpster.
